Vacation

In the construction industry, unlike most professions, members must be able to work at the need of the contractors and the projects they are employed on. Since deadlines often make it difficult for scheduled vacation time, we have established a vacation fund for our members. For every hour that a member works, the contractor contributes money to the vacation fund on the members behalf. This money is paid out to the members once a year, on December 1^st. The member can use this money in any way he sees fit, wether to pay bills, buy Christmas gifts or save it touse for a vacation during the downtime between projects.
